Service Team Dispatcher
Position:
? The individual will be a central focal point for managing helpdesk calls and queries and ensuring priority tasks are immediately escalated as appropriate.
? Primary tasks include handling, logging, managing and reporting on customer support calls via telephone, email and helpdesk system. Full training will be provided.
? The role is extremely customer focused.
? The successful candidate must be self motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
? Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. The individual must be able to develop a rapport with the customer in a professional way
? Good attention to detail is also important. Candidates should have experience dealing with customers and must be capable of taking responsibility and ownership for their work and clients.
? Ad hoc administrative duties and PA duties to the GM
? Assist accounts staff with the provision of information to enable the preparation of invoices
? Manage suppliers and orders

Requirements:
? Professional telephone manner essential.
? Knowledge of PC architecture/technology
? Excellent customer handling skills
? Prior experience in a Customer Services RolePosition:
